3M Telescopic cut and hold pruner

69" -119" Telescopic Garden Tree Pruner is used in cutting or trimming high branches that we cannot reach by lopper. It has two ways to cut, one is using the pruner to trim branches, and another is to use the saw to saw the branches. Cut and hold shears are designed to hold cutting parts after the cut of the stem.
